📝 Recommended Use

• Mix 1 sachet in approximately 125 ml (1/8 L) of water.
• Allow the mixture to stand for at least 1 minute to activate the probiotic cultures.
• Stir again before drinking.
• Take preferably on an empty stomach.
• If taking 2 sachets daily, consume one before breakfast and one before the evening meal.
