📝 Recommended Use
- Mix 1 sachet in approximately 125 ml (1/8 L) of water.
- Allow the mixture to stand for at least 1 minute to activate the probiotic cultures.
- Stir again before drinking.
- Take preferably on an empty stomach.
- If taking 2 sachets daily, consume one before breakfast and one before the evening meal.
