📝 Recommended Use

During Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

• Mix 1 sachet daily with approximately 125 ml of water.
• Allow to activate for at least 10 minutes, stir again, then drink on an empty stomach if possible.

For Babies

• Mix 1 sachet daily with 1 tablespoon of breast milk or cooled boiled water.
• Let stand for 10 minutes, then administer with a spoon or pipette.
• For formula-fed babies, mix into prepared formula below 40°C.
