📝 Recommended Use

Mix 14 g (3 level measuring scoops) with approximately 200 ml of water or another beverage.
Stir well and consume immediately.
The daily serving may be divided throughout the day and taken before or with meals.
Children aged 6–14 years: 7 g (1½ level measuring scoops) once daily.
