Weleda® Pregnancy Body Oil

Massage onto the abdomen, hips, thighs and breasts 2–3 times daily, preferably after bathing or showering while the skin is still slightly damp.

Weleda® Perineal Massage Oil

From the 34th week of pregnancy, massage a few drops into the perineal area 3–4 times per week according to the enclosed instructions.

Weleda® Breast Massage Oil

Massage gently into the breasts during pregnancy and between breastfeeding sessions. Avoid applying directly to the nipple area immediately before nursing.
