B complex vitamins are involved in numerous important metabolic processes in the body and contribute significantly to mental and physical well-being. Especially during periods of intense stress, such as at work or at home, vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B7, B9, and B12 play an important role for nerves and mental health. Folic acid can also help reduce feelings of fatigue and exhaustion.

The B vitamin complex includes extremely important nutrients that must be consumed daily because the body cannot produce them itself. All B vitamins are water-soluble and therefore cannot be stored sufficiently.
Only vitamin B12 can be stored in the liver.
