SymbioLact® pur is a dietary supplement containing biotin and two different strains of lactic acid-producing bacteria. These bacteria are part of the intestinal flora.
In addition to lactic acid bacteria, SymbioLact® pur contains the vitamin biotin (30 μg per sachet). Biotin is a water-soluble vitamin and plays an important role in the metabolism of the body's cells.
Directions
1-2 times daily, pour the contents of one sachet into a glass, add still water, stir, and drink with your main meal.
