SymbioLact B specifically supports the large intestine and contains the bacterial strain Bifidobacterium lactis and biotin in a high concentration and pure culture with a total bacterial count of more than 1x10⁹ colony-forming units per gram. B. lactis is one of the lactic acid-producing bacteria of the large intestine.

SymbioLact B is a dietary supplement with biotin and a strain of lactic acid-producing bacteria, important representatives of the intestinal flora. The bacteria in SymbioLact B are freeze-dried. As soon as they come into contact with water, they become active and can multiply.

SymbioLact B contains the vitamin biotin (30 μg per sachet). Biotin is a water-soluble vitamin and plays an important role in the metabolism of the body's cells, especially in highly active tissues such as the intestinal mucosa. At 400 to 600 m², this is the largest mucosa in the body and regenerates completely every 2 to 3 days.
