📝 Recommended Use

Adults and adolescents aged 10 years and older:

• Take 45 ml daily, either:
  • 22.5 ml twice daily, or
  • 15 ml three times daily

Take approximately 30 minutes before meals, shake well before use, and use the enclosed measuring cup. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 4 weeks.
