The body can produce Q10 through its own cellular production. However, over the course of life, the Q10 concentration decreases due, among other things, to reduced body synthesis. People with certain diseases, in particular, produce reduced Q10. For example, taking statins (cholesterol-lowering drugs) can block the body's own Q10 production. Q10 is also released during intense physical activity.

Q10 can generally be absorbed through food. Animal products such as meat and fish are particularly rich sources. Plant foods such as nuts, soy, and cabbage contain significantly less Q10. However, there is evidence that the absorption of Q10 from food is rather low due to its unstable structure.

Q10-Loges Concept 100 mg offers both forms of the Q10 system combined in one capsule. Thanks to a special technological formulation, Q10-Loges Concept 100 mg has high bioavailability. VESIsorb technology enables the solubility and bioavailability of the poorly water-soluble forms of coenzyme Q10 as a preparation for oral administration in just one capsule. This keeps the ingredients stable and allows for better absorption in the gastrointestinal tract.

Swallow 1 capsule daily with sufficient liquid with a meal (preferably in the first half of the day).

Q10-Loges Concept 100 mg is not suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women, or for children and adolescents under 18 years of age.

If you are taking medication to inhibit blood clotting (anticoagulants from the group of vitamin K antagonists (e.g., Marcumar and other coumarin derivatives)), you should only use Q10-Loges Concept 100 mg after consulting your physician. Coenzyme Q10 is structurally similar to the fat-soluble vitamin K2 and may reduce the effectiveness of medications.
