Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.

This product contains a separate iodine tablet. If you suffer from thyroid dysfunction, please consult your doctor before use.

If you have impaired glucose tolerance, use only under careful metabolic control (11 g carbohydrates per daily portion).

The gelatin contained is derived from beef.

Orthomol Vital m contains 165 µg biotin per daily portion. If you are undergoing a laboratory test (immunoassay), please inform your doctor or laboratory staff about taking Orthomol Vital m, as biotin may interfere with such tests.

Due to the riboflavin (vitamin B2) content, urine may turn yellow.

The product contains, among other ingredients, beta-carotene, which stains strongly. Any stains that may occur, e.g., on clothing, are difficult to remove.

In isolated cases, slight belching may occur due to the fish oil (omega-3 fatty acids) contained in the capsules. To avoid belching, you can take the capsules before going to bed.
