This product contains a separate iodine tablet. If you suffer from thyroid dysfunction, please consult your doctor before use.

The gelatin contained is bovine.

Orthomol Vital f contains 165 µg of biotin per daily serving. If you are undergoing a laboratory test (immunoassay), please inform your doctor or laboratory staff about the use of Orthomol Vital f, as biotin may interfere with such tests.

Due to the riboflavin (vitamin B2) content, yellowing of the urine may occur.

In isolated cases, slight burping may occur due to the fish oil (omega-3 fatty acids) contained in the capsule. To avoid burping, you can take the capsule before bedtime.
