The direct granules combine the neurotransmitter melatonin with passionflower and lemon balm extract. Melatonin helps shorten the time it takes to fall asleep¹. Melatonin helps relieve the subjective sensation of jet lag². The direct granules have a vegan, blueberry-flavored, sugar-free formula.
