Orthomol Immun is a dietary supplement with important micronutrients for the immune system.* It contains, among other things, vitamins C, D, E, and A, and the trace elements selenium and zinc.

*Vitamin C, vitamin D, zinc, selenium, copper, folic acid, vitamin A, vitamin B6, and vitamin B12 contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B2, as well as zinc, selenium, copper, and manganese contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. *Vitamin A, vitamin B2, biotin, and niacin contribute to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes. *Zinc plays a role in cell division, and vitamin A plays a role in cell specialization.

Directions

Take the contents of one sachet daily, preferably one at a time with plenty of liquid, with or after a meal. The tablets and capsules can also be taken in any order throughout the day.

Take the contents of one sachet daily (= daily portion of 4 tablets + 2 capsules), preferably individually with plenty of liquid, with or after a meal. The tablets and capsules can also be taken in any order throughout the day.

Orthomol Immun in tablet/capsule form is lactose- and gluten-free.

The gelatin contained comes from beef.

This product contains a separate iodine tablet. If you suffer from thyroid dysfunction, please consult your doctor before taking it.

If you have oxalate kidney stones, this product should only be taken after consulting a doctor.

Due to the riboflavin (vitamin B2) content, yellowing of the urine may occur.

Occasionally, vitamin C in the amount contained in Orthomol Immun leads to heavier bowel movements.
