Recommended Use:
Unless otherwise recommended, adults take 2 Optizym® film-coated tablets 3 times daily with sufficient liquid.

We recommend taking the tablets 30–60 minutes before or 90 minutes after main meals, whole, and with plenty of water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
