NORSAN Omega-3 Total Naturell uses natural fish oil from sustainable wild catch rather than a highly concentrated Omega-3 isolate.
According to NORSAN, the fish oil is produced from carefully selected small fatty fish such as sardines, mackerel and anchovies, which naturally provide a high proportion of EPA.
The fish oil is processed in Norway and purified and controlled for unwanted substances such as pollutants, PCBs and heavy metals.

📝 Recommended Use
Take:
8 ml / approximately 1 tablespoon daily
Preferably take the oil with or directly after a meal.
