Instructions for Use

To supplement your diet, stir the contents of one sachet (=daily dose) into a glass of water or fruit juice (approx. 150 to 200 ml) and drink after a main meal.

Precautions for Use

Patients taking coumarin anticoagulants, as well as diabetics and individuals with impaired glucose tolerance, should consult their doctor before consuming this product. Individuals prone to kidney stones or with kidney disease should consult their doctor before use. Please do not take if you have hypercalcemia (elevated calcium concentration in the blood) and/or hypercalciuria (elevated calcium concentration in the urine).
