The Styrian oil pumpkin (Cucurbita pepo var. styriaca) is a special type of pumpkin cultivated primarily in the Austrian provinces of Styria, Burgenland, and parts of Slovenia exclusively for its seeds. The seeds have been processed into a delicious oil or eaten raw or roasted for centuries. Instead of having to eat 40 pumpkin seeds, this amount can be more easily achieved with one tablet daily containing pumpkin seed extract. The special tablet shape and blister packaging protect the extract from humidity, thus ensuring a long shelf life.

Instructions for use

For the first 2-4 weeks, take 1 tablet twice daily (morning and evening) without chewing and with some liquid, regardless of a meal.

Afterward, it is recommended to consume 1 tablet, preferably before bedtime, for a longer period (at least 3 months).

If necessary, 2 tablets can also be taken for a longer period.
