Doppelherz system CHONDRO-COMPLEX contains a special combination of a tablet, a capsule, and a liquid stick, thus combining a variety of ingredients in one product. The sachets are quick and easy to take, without any additional liquid. The contents have a pleasant fruity peach flavor. The product contains 500 mg of omega-3 concentrate. The omega-3 fatty acids EPA/DHA contribute to normal heart function at a daily intake of 250 mg. It also contains 5,000 mg of collagen hydrolysate, 1,200 mg of glucosamine hydrochloride, 80 mg of chondroitin sulfate, as well as coenzyme Q10 and lutein. Vitamin C supports normal collagen formation for the normal function of bones and cartilage. Vitamins K, D, and magnesium contribute to the maintenance of normal bones. Magnesium and vitamin D also support the maintenance of normal muscle function. Vitamin A and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin E, selenium, zinc, and manganese help protect cells from oxidative stress. Manganese also supports normal connective tissue formation. The B vitamins (B1, B2, B6, B12), as well as biotin, niacin, and pantothenic acid, contribute to normal energy metabolism. Recommended use:
