Doppelherz Magnesium 500 Night Depot contains 500 mg of magnesium, vitamin D and B vitamins, as well as the well-known plant substances lavender oil and lemon balm leaf extract. Lavender oil is extracted from lavender flowers, and lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) is native to the eastern Mediterranean.

The depot effect ensures that the nutrients are released continuously over several hours, making them available to the body for a long time. Magnesium supports the normal function of muscles and the nervous system. At the same time, vitamin D and magnesium contribute to the maintenance of normal muscle function.
