The practical micro-pellets are a modern dosage form for quick and direct intake. The fine granules can be taken anytime and anywhere without liquid – ideal for on-the-go use or when you have difficulty taking tablets.

Sufficient exposure to sunlight allows our skin to produce vitamin D itself. However, especially in our northern latitudes, and depending on the season and individual living conditions, the body's own production enabled by sunlight is not always sufficient.

Doppelherz B12 + D3 DIRECT contains vitamin B12 for energy metabolism and vitamin D for the normal function of the immune system. One stick contains 25 μg of vitamin D3. This corresponds to 1,000 IU (International Units) of vitamin D3. The granules are gluten- and lactose-free.

Recommended Use:
Consume the contents of one sachet daily. Place the micro-pellets directly onto the tongue, allow to dissolve slowly, and swallow. Tear open the sachet in the direction of the arrow.

Note:
Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake. Not suitable for children, adolescents, pregnant women, or breastfeeding women. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
