Vitamin C and selenium contribute to the healthy functioning of the immune system, while vitamin B2 and copper support energy metabolism.

**CARBONATES:
They contribute to the recovery of muscle function when muscle glycogen stores are depleted after very intense physical exercise. A total of 4 g of carbohydrates per kg of body weight should be consumed within 4–6 hours after training.
