For one standard serving:
50 g Almased Original Powder
Approx. 200 ml water
2 teaspoons (approx. 6 g) high-quality vegetable oil, such as rapeseed, flaxseed or walnut oil.
Add the water first, followed by the vegetable oil and Almased powder. Shake, stir or blend thoroughly until smooth.
