AdaptoLoges was developed for the specific needs of athletes*. It contains a combination of the herbal adaptogens Rhodiola rosea, Eleutherococcus, and Schisandra. These are supplemented with special micronutrients for athletes.

Scientists classify so-called adaptogenic plants as plants that have been shown to support exercise tolerance. They lead to an adaptation (English: to adapt) of the body and the immune system to greater stress.

The special morning and evening concept includes different formulations to support resilience, energy balance, and recovery after exercise*.

* Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy metabolism. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and normal nervous system function. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance. Manganese contributes to normal energy metabolism. Manganese helps protect cells from oxidative stress. Manganese also contributes to normal connective tissue formation.

Use

Swallow 2 orange capsules daily with breakfast and 2 green capsules with dinner with sufficient liquid.
