Reflexym® Vegan is a comprehensive enzyme and micronutrient formula combining papain and bromelain with rutin, Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, Vitamin B12, zinc, selenium and manganese.
The formula is designed to complement an active lifestyle with targeted nutritional support for normal connective tissue formation, normal collagen formation for cartilage function, antioxidant cell protection and normal immune function.
Each tablet provides 130 mg papain + 100 mg bromelain, with a total proteolytic enzyme activity of approximately 800–850 FIP per tablet. The tablets feature a gastro-resistant coating and are manufactured without colouring agents.
With the standard recommended intake of 4 tablets daily, Reflexym® provides 520 mg papain + 400 mg bromelain, alongside carefully selected vitamins, minerals and rutin.

Papain + Bromelain Enzyme Combination
At the heart of Reflexym® vegan is a combination of two proteolytic enzymes:
Papain – an enzyme derived from papaya.
Bromelain – a group of proteolytic enzymes associated with pineapple.
Each Reflexym® tablet provides:
Papain – 130 mg
Bromelain – 100 mg
At the standard recommended daily serving of four tablets, this corresponds to:
Papain – 520 mg
Bromelain – 400 mg
According to the manufacturer, the total proteolytic activity is approximately 800–850 FIP per tablet.
With Rutin
Reflexym® also contains 50 mg rutin per tablet according to the manufacturer's current detailed composition.
At four tablets per day, this provides 200 mg rutin.
Rutin is a naturally occurring plant flavonoid frequently used alongside other botanical and nutritional ingredients in complex supplement formulations. No EU Nutrient Reference Value has been established for rutin.
Connective Tissue Support with Manganese
Reflexym® provides 1.32 mg manganese per standard daily serving, equivalent to 66% of the EU NRV.

Gastro-Resistant Coated Tablets
Reflexym® vegan is manufactured as a gastro-resistant film-coated tablet.
According to the manufacturer, each tablet measures approximately 12.4 mm in diameter and 6 mm in height.
The tablets have a naturally beige appearance and are manufactured without colouring agents.
How to Take
The standard recommended intake is:
Take 2 tablets twice daily (2 × 2 tablets).
If required, the manufacturer states that intake may be increased to:
2 × 3 tablets daily.
Take the tablets with approximately 200 ml of liquid.
For the intended use, the manufacturer recommends maintaining a sufficient interval from meals:
30–60 minutes before a meal
or
1.5–2 hours after a meal.
The recommended maximum daily intake must not be exceeded.
