📝 Recommended Use

• Mix 1 sachet in approximately 125 ml of water, diluted fruit juice, milk, tea (max. 40°C) or yogurt.
• Allow the mixture to activate for at least 1 minute.
• Stir again before drinking.
• Preferably take on an empty stomach.
• Adults: 1–2 sachets daily.
• Children: 1 sachet daily.
