📝 Recommended Use

Take:

1 capsule once daily with a meal and some water.

Taking the capsule with a meal containing oil or fat may support absorption of the fat-soluble vitamins.

The manufacturer recommends this 4,000 IU strength for short-term intensive supplementation for approximately 1–3 months. After this period, a lower daily dose of around 1,000–2,000 IU Vitamin D may be considered for continued use if appropriate.
