How to Use
The recommended daily intake is:
2 tablets twice daily (2 × 2 tablets).
Alternatively, according to the manufacturer's instructions, the four tablets may be taken together.
Take with approximately 100–200 ml of liquid.
For the enzyme formulation, the manufacturer recommends keeping sufficient distance from meals:
30–60 minutes before a meal
or
at least 90 minutes after a meal.
