Orthomol Vital f in the granule/tablet/capsule form contains a separate iodine tablet. If you suffer from thyroid dysfunction, please consult your doctor before taking it.
If you have impaired glucose tolerance, use only under careful metabolic control (10 g carbohydrates per daily serving).
Orthomol Vital f contains 165 µg biotin per daily serving. If you are undergoing a laboratory test (immunoassay), please inform your doctor or laboratory staff about taking Orthomol Vital f, as biotin can interfere with such tests.
Due to the riboflavin (vitamin B2) content, yellowing of the urine may occur.
The product contains, among other ingredients, beta-carotene, which stains strongly. Any stains that may occur, e.g., on clothing, are difficult to remove.
In isolated cases, slight belching may occur due to the fish oil (omega-3 fatty acids) contained in the capsule. To avoid belching, you can take the capsule before going to bed.
