Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, as well as to normal oxygen transport in the body.
Other nutrients

Orthomol Sport contains L-carnitine and coenzyme Q10. They are found primarily in animal products such as meat and milk.

Orthomol Sport also contains omega-3 fatty acids, which are abundant in fish oil. These include, in particular, docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA). These are polyunsaturated fatty acids that are, among other things, components of cell membranes.

Use

Take the contents of one bottle daily together with the tablet and capsule (= daily portion) with or after a meal. Generally, it is recommended to take this product some time before or after physical activity. Shake well before use.

Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.

Orthomol Sport in the bottle/tablet/capsule format is lactose- and gluten-free.

The gelatin contained is derived from beef.

If you have impaired glucose tolerance, use only under careful metabolic control (8.4 g carbohydrates per daily serving).

This product contains iodine. If you suffer from thyroid dysfunction, please consult your doctor before use.

The riboflavin (vitamin B2) content may cause yellowing of the urine.

The product contains, among other ingredients, strongly staining beta-carotene. Any stains that may occur, e.g., on clothing, are difficult to remove.

Due to the ingredients contained in the product, slight discoloration of the inner cap may occur in isolated cases. This does not affect the product quality.

In isolated cases, slight burping may occur due to the fish oil (omega-3 fatty acids) contained in the capsule. To avoid burping, you can take the capsule before going to bed.
