What is Orthomol Nemuri Night?

Orthomol Nemuri Night is a food supplement. It contains, among other ingredients, melatonin, lemon balm extract, hops extract, glycine, and L-tryptophan. Melatonin helps shorten the time it takes to fall asleep¹. The positive effect occurs when 1 mg of melatonin is taken shortly before bedtime.

Melatonin contributes to the relief of the subjective sensation of jet lag². The positive effect is achieved by taking 0.5 mg of melatonin on the first day of travel shortly before bedtime and during the first few days after arriving at your destination. Vitamin B6, niacin, and magnesium contribute to normal psychological function and normal nervous system function.
