What is Orthomol Aurinor?

Orthomol Aurinor is a dietary supplement containing important micronutrients for normal energy metabolism.* Omega-3 fatty acids, which are abundant in fish oil, include EPA and DHA. These are polyunsaturated fatty acids that are, among other things, components of cell membranes.

* Thiamin (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, pantothenic acid, niacin, vitamin C, biotin, magnesium, copper, and manganese contribute to normal energy metabolism. Thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, niacin, biotin, magnesium, and copper contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Riboflavin (vitamin B2), vitamin C, vitamin E, zinc, selenium, copper, and manganese contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Use

Stir the contents of one sachet into 150-200 ml of still water daily and take with the capsules with or after a meal.

Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.

Orthomol Aurinor is lactose- and gluten-free.

The gelatin contained in this product is derived from beef.

In cases of impaired glucose tolerance, use only under careful metabolic control (10 g carbohydrates per daily serving).

Due to some indications that Ginkgo preparations and concurrent anticoagulant therapy, e.g., with Marcumar or ASA, may increase the tendency to bleed, Orthomol Aurinor should only be taken after consulting a physician in cases of pathologically increased bleeding tendency or concurrent treatment with anticoagulant medications. This will also determine whether Orthomol Aurinor needs to be discontinued before surgery.

Orthomol Aurinor contains 165 µg of biotin per daily serving. If you are undergoing a laboratory test (immunoassay), please inform your doctor or laboratory staff about your use of Orthomol Aurinor, as biotin may interfere with such tests.
