Orthomol AMD extra is a dietary supplement containing vitamin E, vitamin C, zinc, copper, lutein, and zeaxanthin. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal vision. Vitamin C and copper contribute to the normal function of the nervous system (including the optic nerve). Vitamin C, vitamin E, copper, and zinc contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Recommended intake:
Take one capsule daily, preferably with plenty of liquid with or after a meal. The capsules are snap-on capsules that can be opened as needed to mix the contents into cold or lukewarm foods or drinks.
