Instructions for use

1-2 times daily, dissolve 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 (= 3 g) in approximately 1/8 l of water or (diluted) fruit juice, milk, tea (up to max. 40°C), yogurt, or similar. Stir in, wait at least 1 minute for activation, stir again, and then consume.

It is recommended to take it on an empty stomach, e.g., in the morning before breakfast and/or in the evening before dinner or before bedtime.

It is recommended to use OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 for an extended period of time. This is proven and sensible.

Suitable for diabetics, people with milk allergies, children, and pregnant/breastfeeding patients.

Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. The stated recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.

If you suffer from fructose intolerance, you should extend the activation time to at least 30 minutes. During this time, the bacteria metabolize all of the fructooligosaccharides. Thus, no fructose enters the intestines.
