📌 Usage Instructions
Adults:
Take 3 capsules once daily with a meal (water recommended) for 3 consecutive days.

Children:
- 1+ years: 1 capsule daily
- 10+ years: 2 capsules daily
- 15+ years: 3 capsules daily
