Kijimea Complete is suitable for adults and children 12 years and older as follows:
Days 1-9: Consumption of Kijimea Restart: Take 3 Kijimea Restart capsules once daily, whole, with sufficient liquid, and swallow. Consume with a meal (morning, noon, or evening) for a period of 9 days.
From day 10: Consume Kijimea K53 Advance: Consume 1 capsule of Kijimea K53 Advance once daily, unchewed, with sufficient liquid with a meal (morning, noon, or evening).
Kijimea Complete covers a total consumption period of 93 days.
