Various factors play a role in eye health. This includes a good supply of nutrients. The body cannot produce these vitamins and trace elements itself; they must therefore be regularly supplied with food.

The Doppelherz System Eye Plus Vision+Protection +Tear Film formula contains selected vitamins and trace elements and polyunsaturated fatty acids in two capsule types.

Capsule 1 contains vitamins A, C, E, B12, and B6, the omega-3 fatty acid DHA, and the trace elements selenium and zinc. It also contains the plant substances lutein and zeaxanthin.

Capsule 2 contains a lipid combination of polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids from marine fish oil with the omega-6 fatty acid gamma-linolenic acid from borage oil, as well as the water-soluble vitamin B2 and the fat-soluble vitamins D and E.

* Vitamin A, vitamin B2 (riboflavin), and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal vision. Vitamin A and vitamin B2 (riboflavin) contribute to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes. Zinc contributes to normal vitamin A metabolism. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal vision. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA. Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal function of the nervous system. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism. Vitamin B12, vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6, and vitamin C contribute to normal energy metabolism. Vitamin B12 and vitamin D play a role in cell division. Zinc, selenium, vitamin C, vitamin B2, and vitamin E contribute to protecting cells from oxidative stress.
Directions

The daily serving consists of two different capsules.

Take capsule 1 and capsule 2 once daily with a meal (e.g., breakfast or lunch) with sufficient liquid and do not chew.

Capsule 2: 725 mg marine fish oil with 160 mg DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), 68 mg borage oil with 15 mg gamma-linolenic acid, 5 µg vitamin D, 2 mg vitamin B2, 13.6 mg vitamin E

Instructions for Use

Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.

Not suitable for children, adolescents, pregnant women, or breastfeeding women.

If you consume more than 3.5 mg of zinc per day, you should avoid taking other zinc-containing supplements.

After 10 months of use, a break from taking the supplement is recommended. You should not take other lutein-containing supplements.
