It also contains 2 g of turmeric root juice and 40 mg of ginger root extract. These balanced nutrients are contained in a practical drinking bottle. Collagen is the quantitatively most important protein in our body. It makes up the majority of connective and supporting tissue. Collagen synthesis depends on vitamin C. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage and bones. Copper contributes to the maintenance of normal connective tissue. Vitamin C and the trace elements selenium and copper help protect cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin D plays a role in the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function. It also supports the normal function of the immune system. Chondroitin sulfate is a substance of animal origin and belongs to the group of glucosaminoglycans.
