Due to the high concentration of omega-3 fatty acids, just 2 capsules provide 1,500 mg of omega-3 fatty acids daily, including 780 mg EPA and 495 mg DHA. This helps support a good supply of these valuable omega-3 fatty acids, even when your needs are increased.
