Garlic – botanically Allium sativum – originally comes from Western Asia and is one of the oldest cultivated plants in the world. Garlic was already valued in the diet in ancient Egypt. It has also long enjoyed great popularity in our latitudes. However, many people avoid consuming it because they find the intense smell unpleasant.

In addition to the garlic preparation, the capsules also contain hawthorn (botanically Crataegus), whose red fruits have a sour-sweet flavor and are edible.

Another ingredient is an oil macerate of mistletoe, which is obtained from the evergreen mistletoe. This special plant grows on trees, with its seedlings spreading their roots into the host tree and feeding on its water and nutrients as parasites.

The formula is rounded off with vitamin B1 (thiamine), which contributes to the normal function of the heart and nervous system.*
