Directions for Use

Take 1 capsule twice daily, preferably in the morning and evening. Swallow whole with sufficient liquid. Do not open the capsule.

If you are taking vitamin K antagonists (coumarin-type anticoagulants), consult your doctor before taking vitamin K supplements, as vitamin K in supplement form can affect the efficacy of these medications.
