Avitale L-LYSINE tablets are a monopreparation containing L-lysine monohydrochloride. L-lysine was discovered in 1889 by the chemist Edmund Drechsel, who isolated it from the milk protein casein.

L-lysine is one of the eight essential amino acids that must be ingested through food because the body cannot produce it itself.

Grains and vegetables generally contain little L-lysine, with the exception of nuts and legumes. Fish, pork, beef, eggs, and dairy products are richer in lysine.

Avitale L-LYSINE tablets are ideal for ensuring a good supply of the amino acid L-lysine.

Usage

Take 2 tablets twice daily with meals, swallow whole with plenty of water.

1 tablet – 750mg L-Lysine

Daily dose: 4 tablets – 3000mg L-Lysine
